We used to sell these years ago and then they went out of production but now they've returned from the dead, yay!  Allows use of any short-pull brake lever with any linear-pull (V) brake.

• Replaces the brake noodle on linear-pull brake systems
• Pulls cable at a ratio of 2:1
• For use with any short-pull brake levers
• Use only with linear-pull brakes
• Adjusting barrel included for fine-tuning
